Overview:
Works closely with peole who have Intellectual disabilities and the people who support them
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring the individual program plan to help the individuals learn new skills and live their best lives. This includes coordination with the county to acquire the appropiate funding for programs and to make household budget recommendations. The role also includes scheduling, planning for and facilitating interdisciplinary team meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Services and 1 yr paid exp working with people in Intellectual Disabilities
