Mains’l Services is seeking a full-time Program Manager. As a Program Manager you will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support people with their day-to-day activities in their homes, communities and in their relationships. Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day work in this role is dynamic • Develop, document, and nurture annual plans with the people you support and their team • Manage services, which may be hourly or 24-hour supports • Recruit ,train, schedule, and develop your team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) • Communicate and collaborate with guardians, case managers, and other Mains’l team members • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to teams and people supported • Model and maintain expectations for excellence • Manage resources wisely, and inside of a budget

Requirements:
Need to meet one of the following qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older. 2. Associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older 3. Diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older 4. Minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities; and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older (call us if you have questions about what qualifies!).
