CNA Assistant Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: The CNA-Assistant Coordinator provides direct care and administrative support to the site and specialization in medical and financial management support to individuals served.  They will further provides on-site training to direct support staff and quality supervision and safety for individuals receiving services by effectively implementing individualized services. They will also give additional support to the Coordinator in ensuring individual service plans are implemented appropriately and comply with 245D licensing regulations.

Requirements:
Requirements: Current MN Nursing Assistant Certification and on MN Nursing Assistant registry required. High school diploma or equivalent required with post-secondary coursework preferred. Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, positive behavioral interventions or other certifications as required, such as Medication Administration. Valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record per Fraser policy, and access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate safety restraints per individual need required. Also, ability to complete any specific driving orientations as may be required by any Community Living department and/or site. Specific orientation for driving full size wheelchair lift vans is required before driving. Ability to pass MN DHS background study. Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection. Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills required. Use of clear and understandable written and verbal English. Capacity to work independently and use strong decision-making skills. Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. consistently Passion for serving our clients.
