Mains'l Services is currently seeking a Manager 3. As a Manager 3 you would be a key partner to the senior manager in developing the teams and services in your region.  A Manager 3 is accountable for the training and ongoing development of services managers, and as such, plays a critical role in the success of our DSPs and the people we support. Manager 3s collaborate with the Senior Manager team, nurses, and other agency leaders to identify opportunities and co-create solutions for the organization (both within and beyond the scope of their region), including building and strengthening quality assurance functions and technical systems. It is required that candidates for this roles have a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in direct support services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older.  If you are interested, but do not yet have the required experience, respond anyway!  We have other growth opportunities within our Services Teams that may the perfect fit! Requirements:
One of the qualifications with our leadership roles in servcies is the ability to meet 245D requirements which includes: A bachelor’s degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older An associate’s degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older A diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; Or A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65.
