Home Health Clinical Manager
Overview:
The Home Health Clinical Manager is responsible for working collaboratively in planning, directing, and evaluating the delivery of Accord Home Health’s clinical services in the metro and surrounding area. The Home Health Clinical Manager provides leadership and guidance per standards of practice, cultural sensitivity, and licensing and payer regulations. The candidate will successfully assist clinicians in meeting program goals and objectives, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include managing daily activities of the home health team and the patient care that is being provided driving clinical performance for the delivery of high quality care resulting in a high level of client satisfaction. This position reports to the Home Health Administrator.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing. Valid/Current professional RN license in the State of Minnesota. Experience working with adults with medical and mental illnesses.
