Overview:
The Lutheran Home: Hope Residence, a 52-bed intermediate care facility for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is seeking a Program Manager. This is a full-time 40 hours a week Monday-Friday position. This position is responsible overseeing the clients at Hope Residence in accordance with our Christian Mission of providing for the spiritual, physical, emotional and mental needs of the persons we serve and other whos lives we touch.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain programs for the clients as defined by the MDH 245D and DHS regulations for the 13 residents in the designated living area. Implement and Ensure residents CSSP Addendum, Self Management Assessment/Individual Abuse Prevention Plan are current and reviewed and updated annually or as needed. Schedule and conduct resident meetings with the IDT on an annual basis and as needed. Manage resident and living area finances. Supervise and manage living area staff including: conducting 30 day, 90 day, and annual performance reviews and disciplinary action as deemed appropriate. Attend quarterly Human Rights Committee, BMP, Safety and Infection Control Meetings. Be apart of a four person staffing rotation on a weekly basis and a eight person on-call rotation including weekends and holidays. Participate in the VTO Strategic Planning Process for Hope Residence.

Requirements:
A four-year degree or experience in the health care field is required. Extensive experience working with developmentally disabled population is a must. Good writing skills, communication, time management and organizational skills are required. Excellent interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and behavior modification techniques are essential skills
