This one day workshop is focused on the essentials of outstanding
supervision for those who manage direct service positions. In this full
day you will learn the fundamentals of supervision and how to be
effective, motivating and getting staff to live up to expectations,
strategies for handling conflict and working with difficult
employees, delegation, reducing staff turnover, and more.
