Overview:
Lead Direct Support Professional - Bemidji, MN Retention Bonus of $1000 paid out in two equal $500 installments on your 6 month and 12 month anniversary! This position earns $16.00 per hour and works Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm. Become an Agent of Change! Lead Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) support individuals with disabilities live an independent and inclusive life and committed professionals are needed! The Lead Direct Support Professional’s (DSP) role is to ensure that the daily needs of each client are met through teaching, counseling, advising, and providing a positive role model in a manner which enables the greatest degree of independence possible in their activities of daily living. Requirements:
Previous Direct Support Professional experience is preferred. Must be 18 years or older, have a valid MN Driver's License, and the ability to pass a MN Background screen.
