1. Monitor effectiveness of state and simple monitors, alerts, and call lists. Verify monitors are working as intended. 2. Review site and sensor status, and alert sites when issues present themselves. 3. Equipment/Inventory send out and checks. 4. Complete project tracking for new sites and site changes as directed by the Operations Manager. 5. Account Management with customer support and client setup.
Two years of post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience in project management, healthcare, or call center or help desk environment. Heavy concentration on premium customer service is preferred.Review call lists, call protocols and any equipment and monitors the customer has requested and/or purchased but is not currently being used.
