Responsibilities:
As a Direct Support Professional you will be an essential employee to the well-being of the people we support. You will be working directly with them and helping them with things like: Setting life goals and achieving their dreams. Community engagement - this includes planning, driving, and accompanying people on outings. Planning personal empowerment, life enrichment, and skill building activities. Daily personal cares. Implementing person-centered goals. and more
Requirements:
You don't need experience - we will train you! You will need... A passion to make a difference and the desire to learn. The ability to interact with people with disabilities and your team mates in a respectful, positive, and encouraging way. Good communication and time management skills.
