Manager of Anoka County Case Management

Do you like developing programs and forming community partnerships? We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead our Anoka Case Management Team!
Responsibilities:
As a Manager of Anoka County Case Management, you will... Be called to live out the mission and values of Accord - help people with disabilities to live their greatest lives, Listen, learn, and lead in your role. Manage and supervise a high performing team of up to 15 staff. Coach, train, support, and lead the team and position them for success in their roles. Connect with community partners and build business relationships. Be forward thinking; identify and propose opportunities to grow the case management program. Excel in communication. Monitor and review program expenses and revenues; investigate issues and offer solutions to resolve financial problems.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. Note: If you hold a Social Work degree, we expect you to be currently licensed as a Social Worker as required by the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
