Administrative Coordinator - On Bus Line

Overview:
Accord is currently looking for a Administrative Coordinator to join our Adult Day Supports team. Job Location: ON BUS LINE

Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Coordinator you are responsible for maintaining a variety of administrative functions for the Day Supports department. These duties include, but are not limited to: completion of 245D licensing paperwork (CSSP addendum, SMA, IAPP, periodic reports and related licensing needs), maintaining data in the electronic health record system (and other software platforms), maintaining current and accurate service agreements, completing various administrative duties and quality assurance activities, developing and maintaining tracking spreadsheets and program-specific lists, creating and distributing various quarterly and annual reports, assisting with file and permanent record audit processes & department training as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Developmental Disabilities with 1 year experience in working with people who have Developmental Disabilities. Or Associate Degree related degree and 2 years experience working with people who have developmental disabilities. Or High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of direct care experience; 4 years related experience with 50 hours related training.
