Overview:
Accord provides person-centered home health care services and other community-based services to adults in various counties. We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health team.
Responsibilities:
The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy services to home health care clients as ordered by the health care provider and approved by the payer. The Occupational Therapist reports to the Home Health Clinical Manager. **Must have an active Occupational Therapist license** Job Type: Part Time, 'Per diem' or As Needed Basis Job Location: Metro Area such as Minneapolis/ St Paul.
Requirements:
Graduated from an Occupational Therapist education program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc. (AOTA) or successor organization or ACOTE; and Has successfully completed the entry-level certification examination for occupational therapists developed and administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT) Active License for Occupational Therapist by the State of Minnesota.
