Overview:

Do you like developing programs and forming community partnerships? We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead our Employment Team!
Responsibilities:
We are also offering a $1500 new hire bonus! paid in 4 installments at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. Manage and supervise a high performing team of up to 15 staff. Coach, train, support, and lead the team and position them for success in their roles. Connect with community partners and build business relationships. Be forward thinking; identify and propose opportunities to grow the employment program. Be an excellent communicator. Monitor and review program expenses and revenues; investigate issues and offer solutions to resolve financial problems. Travel locally for work with limited overnight travel possible. Requirements:
You must also have: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. Note: If you hold a Social Work degree, we expect you to be currently licensed as a Social Worker as required by the Minnesota Board of Social Work. Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
