Direct Support Professional
Overview:
Fraser is hiring for motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) to work part-time and full-time with our clients in a group setting within our group homes and apartments with a flexible biweekly schedule. These positions come with a $1,250 hiring bonus!
Responsibilities:
This position would be working directly with clients, doing everything from helping out with activities of daily living, personal care, and planning activities in the community. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about using their abilities to provide high quality care and make a lasting impact on the lives of adults and families with diverse needs! Responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients with: Medication administration Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) Money management Treatment documentation Personal care (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food) Planning and transportation to/from activities Community integration Fraser Offers: $1250 hiring bonus $15.00-$16.00/hour pay with a valid drivers license (plus meals on some shifts) Weekend shift differential ($1.00 added to base pay rate for hours worked 10pm Friday through 9am Monday). If an employee works overtime in a week where the weekend shift differential is applied, the shift differential rate will be factored into a blended overtime rate. Requirements:
Requirements: Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record (non-driving roles also available). Ability to pass DHS background study. Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
