Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Employment Manager to lead our Employment Team!
Responsibilities:
As an Accord employee, you will... Be called to live out the mission and values of Accord - help people to live their greatest lives and listen, learn, and lead in your role. Manage and supervise a high performing team of up to 15 staff. Coach, train, support, and lead the team and position them for success in their roles. Connect with community partners and build business relationships. Be forward thinking; identify and propose opportunities to grow the employment program. Be an excellent communicator. Monitor and review program expenses and revenues; investigate issues and offer solutions to resolve financial problems. Travel locally for work with limited overnight travel possible. Requirements:
All staff are required to provide proof of Covid 19 full vaccination or have an approved request for exemption. You'll need this before you join our team! You must also have: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. Note: If you hold a Social Work degree, we expect you to be currently licensed as a Social Worker as required by the Minnesota Board of Social Work. Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
