Responsibilities:
As a Participant Directed Services (PDS) Manager, you play a key role in quality data management and customer service. Your day to day work includes: • Support to individuals in managing their service budget and expenditures in accordance with program rules and agency policies • Data entry and review of payable invoices • Detailed review of payroll • Processing employer, employee and vendor documents • Relationship management through excellent customer service- with people receiving services, their case managers/service coordinators, employees, families, and vendors primarily through phone and email interactions.

Requirements:
Requirements: • Excellent customer service skills • Experience with financial management systems including accuracy in budgeting and data entry and review • Computer skills in Microsoft office, particularly Excel • Excellent math and analytical skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction but seek assistance when needed • Ability to manage workload that includes a high number of daily communications, processing deadlines and data entry and review • Previous experience supporting children or adults with disabilities preferred • College degree preferred
