Lead Designated Coordinator
Overview:
BrightPath is looking for 2 committed, ambitious, self-motivated, and person-centered leaders for a Designated Coordinator position for our residential site! Pay: $25-$28/hr The Designated Coordinator will be one of two leads in the home who will provide oversight, support and evaluation of the delivery of services according to the coordinated service and support plan and addendum. They will ensure quality service delivery and compliance with state regulations as well as oversee training and support of program teams to develop, implement, and conduct a customized plan that helps guide the person toward achieving their goals.

Requirements:
You meet the Designated Manager qualifications in accordance with 245D requirements which includes a minimum of 3 years supervisory and/or leadership experience in a social service organization. Effective oral and written communication skills, along with possess the ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and documentation, including medical terminology, in English Experience with the administration of 245D licensing requirements Leadership and management skills including time management, organization and prioritization skills. Receptive to learning and applying new skills, techniques, and approaches Demonstrated flexibility, anticipate and respond effectively to change, along with prioritization, and organize work effectively and efficiently Ability to consistently exercise discretion and independent judgment You must have reliable transportation for work driving purposes. A valid driver’s license, proof of valid car insurance is required. You must be able pass a background check with the Department of Health and Human Services.
