Job Summary Recruiting, screening, reference-gathering, orientation, training of employees, data collection of employee statistics, employee benefits and employee relations Mount Olivet Rolling Acres - MORA – is a diverse and inclusive nonprofit that has supported adults, seniors and children with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs as well as age-related and chronic medical conditions for over 50 years in the Twin Cities metro. An array of services: Adult Day Services, Contracted Case Management, Community Supports, over 30 Residential Homes, Respite, Therapeutic Recreation, Training for Guardians & Families, and a unique therapeutic Summer Camp for Youth with Autism. Our Metro Crisis Coordination Program (MCCP) offers a safety net of crucial and cost-effective services for adults and children.

Responsibilities:
Key Duties and Responsibilities: administers and understands employee benefits manages and maintains ICHRA medical records manages and maintains workers compensation benefits organizes and maintains employee records, benefit information, EEOC records, OSHA records assists supervisors in training, orienting staff works closely with Payroll Specialists administers status updates and understands payroll procedures assembles and analyzes employee statistics assists with facilitation of employee relations assists with employee recognition events works harmoniously with and shows respect for employees, supervisors, vendors and clients performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Desirable Qualifications: minimum of Associate degree, vocational tech or equivalent in experience people/relationship skills 1-year of experience in the HR field knowledge of ICHRA medical benefits attention to detail
