Overview:
Job Summary Responsible for the overall management of new program discovery and development, quality improvement, advocacy, and organizational communications and volunteers. Mount Olivet Rolling Acres - MORA – is a diverse and inclusive nonprofit has supported adults, seniors and children with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs as well as age-related and chronic medical conditions for over 50 years in the Twin Cities metro. An array of services: Adult Day Services, Contracted Case Management, Community Supports, over 30 Residential Homes, Respite, Therapeutic Recreation, Training for Guardians & Families, and a unique therapeutic Summer Camp for Youth with Autism. Our Metro Crisis Coordination Program (MCCP) offers a safety net of crucial and cost-effective services for adults and children. Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000

Responsibilities:
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Supports Mount Olivet Rolling Acres’ mission, vision, values, and culture, and takes an active leadership role in the implementation of agency-wide goals and objectives Leads the advancement of organizational objectives, including the expansion of and newly developed services Oversees quality and compliance for organizational activities and accreditation Develops and maintains metrics that align with the company objectives, business needs, client satisfaction, and regulatory guidelines for organizational divisions Risk management/mitigation oversight Leads organizational advocacy at the local, state, and national level Leads organizational communications both internally and externally Leads the organizational volunteer network Engages county, state, federal and other stakeholders in collaboratively meeting service delivery objectives Works harmoniously with and shows due respect for other employees, supervisors, vendors and clients Travels occasionally to represent organization at national conferences Performs other duties as assigned Desirable Qualifications: Masters’s degree or higher in the Human Services, Public Administration, Communications, Political Science, Organizational Leadership, or related field 10 or more years of experience in the supervision or creation of programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health, or long-term care Experience in quality enhancement in the provision of care of individuals with disabilities Experience working with 245D regulations and in the non-profit business sector

Requirements:
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in the Human Services, Public Administration, Communications, Political Science, Organizational Leadership, or related field 7 or more years of experience in the supervision or creation of programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health, or long-term care Proven leadership skills and the possession of a high level of emotional intelligence to supervise, direct, evaluate, coach, and support staff Proven written and oral communication skills and proficient in typical office technology Able to work autonomously, self-motivated, and a high level of organizational skills Must pass Department of Human Services background check and maintain qualified status Must not be excluded from working in government health programs by the Office of Inspector General If using own vehicle for company business, must have a current valid driver’s license and must have insurance as required by state law
