Overview:
Rudolph Community and Care (RCC) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director to lead Program Operations across multiple sites. This senior leadership role oversees Directors and Associate Directors, ensuring program quality, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and strong leadership development.

Responsibilities:
The Senior Program Director provides strategic oversight to multi-site program leadership while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality services across designated locations. This role is responsible for maintaining 245D licensing readiness, monitoring performance metrics, identifying and proactively addressing risk areas, and overseeing the financial and operational health of programs. The Senior Program Director uses data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making, while also developing Directors through coaching, accountability, and succession planning. In partnership with executive leadership, this position plays a key role in advancing organizational strategy and supporting meaningful outcomes for the individuals we serve.

Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have 8–10+ years of leadership experience within a 245D licensed setting, including experience overseeing Directors or multi-site leadership teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in financial and operational management, with the ability to effectively lead through data, performance metrics, and strategic decision-making. Exceptional communication, organizational, and executive leadership skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to drive accountability, develop leaders, and support organizational growth.
