Overview:
HMC is seeking a Finance Director to join its senior leadership team and help shape the future of a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering people to live meaningful, independent lives.
Responsibilities:
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Advise leadership and Board on financial performance and direction. Oversee accounting, cash flow, audits, and compliance. Guide asset management, facilities, and capital planning. Develop and lead high-performing teams.
Requirements:
10+ years in finance/accounting leadership. Strong GAAP / nonprofit financial expertise (CPA preferred). Proven ability to lead teams and influence strategy. Passion for mission-driven work.
