Responsibilities:
Job Duties: • Directly supervise multiple residential programs • Monitor the overall quality of programs and services • Provide direct supervision and oversight to lead staff as well as direct support professionals • Initiate and maintain regular contact with the person served, family, and other support team members • Develop and review programs to meet Rule 245D and internal quality benchmarks • Responsible for implementation of a comprehensive training program for all staff • Actively monitor staff-person served interactions to assure the organizational mission is being met

Requirements:
Requirements: • Must meet requirements for a Designated Manager and 3 years supervisory experience working with individuals with disabilities • Minimum 2 years experience in supervising lead staff • Must be well organized, and successful at monitoring/tracking paperwork • Ability to positively and effectively communicate and work well with individuals at all levels of the organization • Ability to positively contribute to our team-oriented approach to work • Strong writing and verbal communication skills • Ability to positively and effectively communicate and work well with individuals at all levels of the organization • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook • A vehicle and the ability to travel throughout the metro and surrounding outer suburbs
