We are seeking someone with a strong Person-Centered philosophy who is creative, an advocate, and a natural leader.These positions are Designated Coordinators, so you are responsible for maintaining standards set by the State of Minnesota (Primarily Rule 245D). Our management team is always monitoring the situation and adjusting policies in compliance with the CDC, State and Federal governments and the Department of Human Services.
Requirements:
Minimum requirements include:? a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;? an associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;? a diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; or? a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in clauses (1) to (3).Applicant must have a valid Driver’s License, use of an insured vehicle.
