Overview:
These functions include; coordinating with the Interdisciplinary Team, licensing, conducting internal audits, assuring service satisfaction, managing the organization's procedures for vulnerability and mandated reporting; and managing current and past individual records.
Responsibilities:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field required. Four year’s experience in senior management position Four years combined experience in the provision of services to persons with developmental or physical disabilities and four years of supervisor experience. Knowledge of CRS, ICS, Crisis Respite, and other services for those individuals with other specialized needs including physical and intellectual disabilities, aging and traumatic brain injury.
