The Support Coach Production is a flexible, innovative thinker. They are patient and encouraging while working with persons with disabilities. They provide coaching and support to persons in production, classroom and community environments.

Organize daily work stations
Inspect quality of products produced
Record and document production counts, attendance and goal progress
Train, coach and modify, as needed, on assembly jobs
Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and proof of valid motor vehicle insurance
1 year experience, or education in, working with persons with disabilities
