Overview:
Now hiring a Full Time Float Direct Service Professional at $17.00 per hour!
This position is with a company that supports individuals with developmental disabilities in Duluth, MN. Find your purpose in an industry that offers growth and job security.
Float Direct Service Professionals will be able to maintain a flexible schedule, loves working with people, is a self-starter and loves to get out into the community.
Floats will receive a weekly schedule, work at a variety of programs, perform specialized tasks as assigned by their Program Director. They will also be on call periodically for a weekend.
What’s a day like as a Float? A typical day is working with people in their daily life (including cooking, cleaning, running errands, going for hikes, enjoying the Duluth scenery!). Some individuals need additional assistance. You will get to work with many different people and expand your knowledge and skills! Being a Float DSP is rewarding and exciting.

This is a full-time position which includes health insurance, optional dental insurance, holiday pay, PTO, yearly retreats and much more!
Requirements of the Float Direct Service Professional:
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
Driver's License and reliable transportation
One year of experience in the field
