Job Title:
Assistant Program Manager II

Overview:
The Assistant Program Manager II will provide services, to people with disabilities, in a supported apartment and community environment. This position also provides direct and in-direct supervision while assisting the Program Manager with the day to day operations on site.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: Assists the residents in all areas of daily living, while encouraging independence and community inclusion Provides supervisory support to the Program Manager and direct supervision and leadership to staff so that services are consistently provided Participating in individual program planning with each resident as a Designated Coordinator Assisting in developing and attaining their personal life goals Attend and lead persons annual planning meetings Complete annual paperwork meeting 245D requirements Assists with staff orientation, ongoing training and development Maintains staff and people served schedules Train at all hoMEbase locations to provide additional support on an as needed basis Participate in the on-call managerial rotation for all hoMEbase sites

Requirements:
Educational and Licensing requirements: Valid driver’s license and proof of valid motor vehicle insurance High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Designated Coordinator status is required, and must be met through one of the following: A bachelor’s degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; An Associate’s degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; A diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities AND four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in previous clauses. Rate $17.50 Week 1 Tuesday, Wednesday, 9am-7pm Thursday, Friday 7:30am-5:30pm Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday, 9am-7pm Friday, Saturday 7:30am-5:30pm Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance under $60/month Paid time off, as well as paid and floating holidays Employee referral bonuses; up to $500 payout per referral!
