Now offering a $500 sign on bonus! We are looking for an Awake Overnight Direct Service Professional to join our team! Trillium Services is a company that supports individuals with developmental disabilities in Duluth, MN.The ideal Awake Overnight DSP will be able to maintain a set schedule, loves working with people, and is a self-starter!
Responsibilities:
An Awake Overnight DSP is available to service recipients throughout the night for any support or assistance they may need. In the morning, you will help everyone rise and shine by supporting people while they get ready for the day! You will perform all shift duties in-accordance with program protocols, and follow all program rules and regulations, supervision and safety. You will be able to build relationships with people by providing support and helping them start their day off in a positive way!
Requirements:
As an Awake Overnight DSP, you must meet these qualifications:• High School diploma or equivalent• Current CPR and First Aid Certification preferred• Ability to follow a set schedule and attend all required trainings• Driver's License and reliable transportation
